At Charmc Gift, personalized and customized products are specially made based on your design, text, image, or specific requirements. Because of this, refund eligibility is limited.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Damaged Product Received
- Defective or Wrong Item Delivered
- Printing/Customization Error from Our Side
In such cases, customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns are not applicable for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect customization details provided by the customer
- Minor color or design variations due to screen/display differences
- Personalized products after customization or production has started
Cancellation & Refund
Customized products can be cancelled only before the production process begins. If cancelled before processing, eligible refunds will be initiated.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time.

Each personalized product is uniquely created for the customer, so we request customers to carefully review customization details before placing the order.
