- Customization/printing error from our side
How to Request a Return
Please contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order ID / Order Number
- Photos or video of the damaged/defective product
- Clear image of packaging (if applicable)
Return Approval Process
Our team will review the issue and verify the details. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Important Notes
- Claims reported after the allowed time period may not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
- Personalized/customized products are eligible only if the issue is from our side.
