Damaged/Defective Product

We carefully check all products before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Eligible for Return / Replacement

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Defective item received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Customization/printing error from our side

How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order ID / Order Number
  • Photos or video of the damaged/defective product
  • Clear image of packaging (if applicable)

Return Approval Process

Our team will review the issue and verify the details. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Important Notes

  • Claims reported after the allowed time period may not be accepted.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
  • Personalized/customized products are eligible only if the issue is from our side.
