What Can Be Modified?
You may request changes such as:
- Product Quantity
- Size / Color Selection
- Shipping Address
- Contact Information
- Customization Details (text, image, name, design, etc.) — only before production starts
Customized / Personalized Products
For customized products, modifications are allowed only before the design, printing, or production process begins. Once customization starts, changes cannot be accepted.
How to Request Changes
Please contact our support team as soon as possible with:
- Order ID / Order Number
- Requested Changes
- Registered Mobile Number or Email ID
We will do our best to update your order if it has not yet been processed.
Important Note:
Order modifications are subject to order status and product availability. Once an order is shipped, no changes can be made.
